We know the Revival Company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system like the back of our hand and it became apparent that their previous web development consultants were unable to assist them further due to changes in business, so they asked if we could help.
The CRM is pretty much the predecessor to what's known as our Business Management System (BMS). It assists Revival in their day to day running of the business and is in constant use by the Revival team. Consisting of a set of generic features such as a diary, call history log, a place to store customer details, the CRM is very much inline with the BMS. However, they have a sophisticated estimate and invoicing system which keeps them ahead of the competition in the Fire & Flood Restoration industry.
We are currently assisting Revival with ammendments and bug fixes to their current system and providing e-mail/telephone support where possible.
